With preserving culture being one of our main goals, we strive to recreate the same fondness and familiarity you felt from the lost art of dining at the hole-in-the-wall restaurant you grew up going to – you know, where your Abuelita dragged you post-church or grocery shopping.
We are invested in ensuring that everything and everyone involved in helping our food truck flourish are coming from local and Latin-owned companies interested in our goal of authenticity.
